FarFront respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information, client business data, and account information handled through our websites, apps, dashboards, automations, integrations, and consulting services.
This page applies to FarFront websites, including farfront.com.au, and any FarFront-hosted tools or applications on related subdomains.

1. Information we collect
We may collect information provided directly by clients, website visitors, or users of FarFront tools, including:
- names and email addresses
- business names and contact details
- enquiry, newsletter, booking, and assessment form submissions
- business operating details provided during consulting engagements
- account configuration details needed to deliver services
- quiz, diagnostic, dashboard, or assessment responses
- technical information such as browser, device, IP address, logs, and usage activity
Where a client authorises FarFront to connect to third-party platforms, we may access data from those platforms as required to provide the authorised service.
This may include data from Meta platforms such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Meta advertising accounts, including:
- Facebook Page names, IDs, posts, comments, reactions, engagement data, and insights
- Instagram account information, media, captions, comments, engagement data, and insights
- Meta advertising account data, including campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and performance metrics
- access tokens or API credentials required to provide the authorised service
We may also handle data from other platforms used by clients, such as Google Workspace, Google Sheets, email marketing systems, job management systems, CRM systems, analytics tools, or automation platforms.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to enquiries
- provide consulting, automation, analytics, dashboard, and reporting services
- connect authorised client accounts and integrations
- display operational, marketing, or advertising performance
- prepare reports, dashboards, recommendations, and diagnostic outputs
- create, schedule, or publish approved content where authorised
- monitor comments, engagement, campaign performance, or workflow status
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve FarFront services
- meet legal, tax, security, and administrative obligations
3. How we store and protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Access tokens, credentials, and API keys are treated as confidential and are stored only where reasonably necessary to provide authorised services. We do not intentionally expose credentials to unauthorised users.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we become aware of a data incident that materially affects client data or personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain the issue, and notify affected parties where required.
5. Meta platform data
Where FarFront services connect to Meta platforms, data is accessed only for authorised client business purposes and in accordance with the permissions granted by the client.
Clients can revoke FarFront's access through Meta Business settings or by contacting us.
Meta platform data is used only to deliver the authorised service, such as reporting, dashboards, content workflows, campaign monitoring, or approved publishing activity.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and support security or audit requirements.
Clients may request deletion of stored Meta access tokens and related cached Meta data by contacting admin@farfront.com.au.
To request deletion, include the business name, relevant Meta asset or account name, and a clear request for deletion.
Where legally and technically practical, FarFront will delete stored access tokens and cached Meta data connected to that request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, backup, or legitimate business record purposes.
7. Access and correction
You may contact us to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making changes.
8. Email and marketing communications
If you subscribe to FarFront emails, submit an enquiry, complete an assessment, or become a client, we may contact you about relevant services, updates, or resources.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where provided, or by contacting us at admin@farfront.com.au.
9. Third-party links and services
FarFront websites and tools may link to third-party websites, booking systems, social platforms, or software services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, security, or content of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own policies and terms.
10. Terms of use
By using FarFront websites, apps, dashboards, tools, or services, you agree to use them only for lawful and authorised purposes.
You must not:
- attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without permission
- interfere with the operation or security of FarFront services
- provide false, misleading, or unauthorised information
- use FarFront tools to breach third-party platform rules, laws, or client obligations
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to connect accounts, share data, approve content, and grant FarFront access to business systems or third-party platforms.
11. No professional or financial advice
FarFront provides operational, technology, automation, marketing, and analytics support.
Information, dashboards, reports, assessments, or recommendations provided by FarFront are general business information and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.
Clients should obtain professional advice where required.
12. Service availability and accuracy
FarFront aims to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that websites, apps, dashboards, automations, integrations, or reports will always be available, error-free, complete, or current.
Third-party platforms may change APIs, permissions, pricing, policies, or availability without notice. These changes may affect FarFront services.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarFront is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of FarFront websites, tools, dashboards, automations, integrations, reports, or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
